About Ocean Skulls

I don't really know how long I've been doing this, but just for the sake of having a date, let's say OceanSkulks has been around since February 1, 2022.

I've been doing websites, attemping commissions, livestreams and the like for a good 15 years now. I've been through a dozen names, and it'll probably change again. But we're here for now.

I enjoy doing things for people, and entertaining, and that will always be the goal of my brand, whatever that may be or look like at the time. I just want to create things that will make people happy. And if doing that can lead me to being self-sufficient and not needing a full-time day job, I would be over the moon. Unfortunately, consistency is a challenge, especially with mental health issues, but I'm always doing my best. That just varies from day to day.

About Me, Rune (Pronouns: They/them)

I'm an awkward, kinda shy, attention-loving, nerd who likes to draw and create.

Born and raised on the West Coast of Canada, by default, I'm too nice for my own good. Allegedly. I'm lucky to be surrounded by so much nature and natural beauty. And in an area with such a large community of nerds. I also have a foot in the pagan community, and kink community.

​

So, I am a witch. Most of my practice is solitary, but I do have a small coven-type thing that I run with too. Witchcraft is something that makes me happy. It's something I enjoy focusing on, and is a rare thing that helps me forget about life troubles for a bit. It calms me, which is definitely something I need more of in my life

.

I have a tricky relationship with art. I need to be in the right mood to work on it, which is incredibly frustrating. I'm working on pushing through lack of motivation, though, as well as trying to slow down and not rush things. I still, and will always, struggle to keep a consistent style.

As for *me*, I'm nonbinary. Typically femme leaning, Daddy vibes, pansexual. Single. (If anyone needs a casual Daddy, let me know :p I love being there and holding a caretaker position for people. It makes me happy to feel wanted). I'm poly, I think. That's still something I'm sorting out, as I struggle a lot with abandonment issues and jealousy.

I also have misophonia, depression & anxiety, am likely on the autism spectrum and have ADHD (both undiagnosed), dyscalculia, and some other health issues I won't disclose. Oh, and I've had a few concussions that I'm sure have left some damage. Memory issues may be a part of that. I'm just a big bag of fun.

I'm always looking for new ways to grow, and better myself, and become a healthier individual inside and out.

I don't really have anything that I would consider a hobby, as most of my time is spent either working on projects, or trying to stop dissociating so I can get work done.
